Monique Bouyer Mosley is the General Manager and Strategic Business Consultant with Professional Staffing Group, LLC, providing leadership and business development support to the practice.

Monique started her career in 1991 working in the Banking and Finance industry with J.P. Morgan Chase in New Orleans. During her fourteen years with the company, she developed an expertise in launching, marketing, and managing new products, services, and departments. Her experience included working as a Marketing Specialist, Business and Lending Analyst, Licensed Investment Broker, Financial Sales Manager, Project Manager, and Regional Program and Development Manager.

Monique thrives in an environment where she is able to solve issues, create value, and improve business operations and performance. She left the financial industry to gain consulting experience, spending two years working as a Consultant with the Deloitte Consulting Group in the practice area of Healthcare.

In 2005, following Hurricane Katrina, Monique relocated to Jackson, MS. She began working with Horne, LLC in the Specialty Accounting Division as an Oversight Analyst on the Hurricane Katrina MEMA Recovery Accounting Project. Upon completing her assignment with Horne, she began working with Professional Staffing Group.

Monique joined Professional Staffing Group first as a Project Manager to help the company develop a Consulting and Interim Professional Contracting niche.  Due to her expertise, Professional Staffing Group was able to secure Healthcare IT related contracts at two of the largest healthcare systems in Mississippi. She recruited a team of highly skilled and specialized contractors to assist the hospitals in converting their medical records to electronic health records.

Monique understands from personal experience what it means to be an Interim Professional. Through Professional Staffing Group, she served as the interim COO to the Jackson Heart Study, a nationally recognized collaborative research effort between the University of Mississippi Medical Center, Jackson State University, Tougaloo College and the National Institutes of Health.

Monique holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Southern University in Baton Rouge, LA, as well as a Master of Accountancy and Master of Business Administration Degree, both from the Else School of Business at Millsaps College in Jackson, MS.  She lives in Jackson with her husband.
